Day Rates are for a 10 hour day. Rates are negotiable by job.

Additional pre-production, production, post-production, rich media, web design, new media, and concept services pricing upon request.

Terms:

• 10-14 hours=1 1/2 times hourly rate.
• 14-18 hours=2 times hourly rate.
• 18 hours thereafter=3 times hourly rate.
• Pre-production and travel hourly billed at 1½X hourly rate, minimum of two hours up to 2/3-day rate. After 5 hours, full day rate charged. Unless otherwise negotiated.
• Night rates (call time after 2 p.m. or prior to 4 a.m.) are 1½-times day rate.
• Cancellation due to weather and/or within 24 hours of the shoot day will be charged at 2/3-day rate.
• 10 hour turn around time between days: Premium time charged as the prevailing rate from the end of the prior day until the 10 hour break is satisfied during the current 'forced call' day. After the 10 hours off is satisfied, the remainder of the current 10 hour day will be charged at the normal hourly rate for the duration of the 10 hour day. A Minimum of 1½ X hourly rate will be charged until the 10-hour turn around is satisfied. Forced calls billed at 2 hours minimum. Unless otherwise negotiated.
• Meals by 6 hours (late charges: $7.50 for the 1st 15 minutes, $12.50 for the 2nd 15 minutes and $15.00 thereafter at 15 minute intervals). Grace to complete present setup granted upon request.
• Job related vehicle use/mileage at $.75. Unless otherwise negotiated.
• Kit rental charges may apply.
• Sub rental markup charged at 25% plus applicable taxes.
• Lodging, meals, per diems, parking, commercial transportation, and other necessary expenses are paid for or reimbursed by client, producer, or production house.
• Mileage will be charged portal to portal for travel outside the metro area (Anoka, Carver, Dakota, Hennepin, Ramsey, Scott, and Washington Counties).
• Payment terms relative to job. Interest charged after 30 days @ 2% monthly.
